First Session
The “therapeutic hour” is typically 45 to 55 minutes long. During the first session, we will typically discuss your current concerns, symptoms and your background. I will generally lead this discussion with specific questions about your story and I will always ask, “How will you know if this has been helpful?”
All people under the age of 18 MUST have a guardian with them for the first session.
